Self Exclusion
PAGCOR provides self-exclusion for people who feel they are developing a problem with gambling. Current official guidance allows a person to request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years; the first six months are irrevocable.
Self-exclusion
The applicant can request 6 months, 1 year or 5 years under PAGCOR's current published procedure. After the selected period ends, the order is lifted automatically unless extended under the applicable process.
Common application requirements
PAGCOR currently lists a valid government ID, a completed self-exclusion form and a recent 2x2 photo among the requirements.

Family exclusion
PAGCOR also provides a family-exclusion route for a spouse, child aged at least 18, or parent seeking help for a family member, subject to the current official documentation and process.
